Bellwether Nutrition Group, LLC operates sodaslimz.com. This notice explains what the site collects, what the checkout partner collects, and what we do with either. It covers this domain only.
What the website itself collects
Very little. There is no account system, no advertising pixel and no third party analytics script embedded in these pages. The web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP address, timestamp, the page requested and browser user agent, retained for security and troubleshooting.
One item of data is stored in your browser: a session flag recording whether you closed the offer bar at the bottom of the page. It is held in session storage, it contains no personal information, and it disappears when you close the tab.
What happens at checkout
Payment and order fulfillment are handled by the manufacturer's authorized checkout partner on their own secure pages. Your name, delivery address, email and payment details are entered there and are processed under that partner's privacy terms. Full card numbers are never transmitted to or stored on this domain.
What we receive
For support purposes we receive order records: name, delivery address, email address, order number, the run purchased and its status. We use these to answer questions, arrange replacements and process refunds. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them, and we do not build advertising profiles from them.
Email you send us
The contact form opens your own email client, so a message is an ordinary email. We keep support correspondence for as long as it is useful to resolving your case and for our own record of guarantee claims. Please do not send card details by email to us or to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. The checkout partner may set its own cookies on its own domain, which its notice governs.
Your choices
Write to support@sodaslimz.com to ask what order data we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or guarantee records. We answer these requests in the order they arrive and we do not charge for them.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and SodaSlim is not intended for use by children.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it.
