The 60 day guarantee, step by step

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back on any SodaSlim run. The manufacturer asks that you use the product for at least 30 days first, so the window is deliberately twice that. Write to the support desk, return whatever is left including empty bottles, and the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Give it 30 days
One capsule each morning. This is what the manufacturer asks for before a refund request, and it is the same period the review data suggests is fair: the median time to a first noticed change is 19 days.

Write to the support desk
Email orders@sodaslimz.com with your order number, inside 60 days of the purchase date. You do not need to explain yourself, though we will ask one optional question about timing, because caffeine sensitivity is the most common reason for a return and it is usually fixable.

Send back what is left
You will receive a return address by reply. Send the bottles back, including the empties. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the parcel arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.

The refund is issued
Once the return is received, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary, typically three to ten business days. Shipping charges paid on the two bottle run are not refunded.

Orders placed on this portal, at any point inside the 60 days
Damaged or incorrect parcels, with return postage paid by us

What is not

Bottles bought anywhere other than this portal. A marketplace or pharmacy purchase was not supplied by us and cannot be traced to a run.
Requests made after the 60 day window closes.

Why it runs to 60 days

Because 30 is not enough to judge and everyone in this category knows it. A 30 day guarantee on a supplement with a 30 day trial period is a technicality dressed as a promise. Sixty days means you can complete the trial the manufacturer asks for, take another few weeks to think about it, and still change your mind.
